FIRST TIME TUNE UP!! NEED HELP

I have done a couple of searches for this topic but never found a clear answer.

I was wondering if someone could let me know what I need to get done on my first service 7,500 miles? I don't want to be taken advantage of, if you know what I mean.

What kind of tune-ups should and should NOT be done?

Oil
rotate tires...

Thanks

V8i or Supercharged?

There are numerous ECU upgrades that cover everything outstanding in the negine management and electronic kit side of things - should take 2-3 hours to download them so don't be surprised if they ask you to leave the car overnight 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

OK, there aren't too many V8's in the UK, the vast majority are the Turbo Diesels and quite a few Supercharged V8's, but the NA V8 isn't so popular. Mainly because for the cost of the fuel it slurps you might as well go the whole hog and have the superior perfromance and the only slightly worse consumption of the S/C. The TDv6 has had lots of ECU upgrades, the S/C not so many. I think you will find that your gearbox ECU will get a reprogramme so whatever it has "learned" of your driving habits it will loose and have to relearn and if you have the premium audio (the full monty Kardon system) then there were some upgrades to that in the early days of the RRS but that was back in in late 2005. You might get more info regarding this on the USA RRS forum. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
