Livingston is a socialist who relies on the support of the 'benefit' class. He will
be elected Mayor again unless a very good popular candidate is put up against him. The problem is that in this country there is a new underclass that is completely reliant on the state and they will always vote for Labour as long as they continue to receive their handouts. Hardworking tax payers will continue to have very little say in how this country is run because the numbers are stacked against us. HELP! Livingstone's expansion of the congestion zone just happens to be in the very area were the majority of conservative voters live - it's his way of putting 2 fingers up at them.
