I remember reading that the mpg improvements from chipping diesel engines can be a little misleading - i.e. the mpg shown in car becomes distorted showing better than actual mpg results. I know some Touareg owners first thought they had improved mpg by around 20%, however found quite quickly that there tank range was the same and when measuring the fuel volume at fill ups found almost no difference at all

With a good 'chip' or 'remap' most owners should see 5-8% improvement in economy on normal 'day to day' driving |

Does anyone know what the 0-60 time is reduced to for a TDV6 RRS post-chip? Also, what is the keenest priced chip ot there - I cant justify more than £500 really... |

With a 'good' chip you should see approximately 1.5 seconds 'knocked off' the 0-60 times.

cheers for your help. Does it significantly reduce the warranty then? Are they likely to blame any future problems on the chip? 2.7 TDV6 HSE 2007 finnally arrived |
