Whats the most anyone has got from one tank of fuel ?

My all time record was 552 on a trip back from Cornwall. Normally I'd get less than 500.

Have got just over 400miles from the first tank, however its very hilly around me |

I managed an average 33mpg and an average speed of 55mph on a 125 mile trip yesterday going East round Amsterdam during rush hour. Return trip same route no rush hour managed 31.5 mpg overall. Didnt get it above 33mpg. Last month from Essex to Shropshire I averaged 33 at 80 to 90 all the way except the roadworks on the M6 |

Cliff when I put total cost of the fuel divided by cost per litre and mileage through my excel spread sheet it came out at somewhat less than 40mpg! The trip computer never showed more than 32 mpg for the whole trip.

As Tim said I had a bloody close call the other day luckily I was on the phone to Jay when he asked how fast I was going that's when I noticed the 0 sign
