Could try something like this to remove wiper arm, cheap enough, both the blades on my 12/13 car are 22" never been a issue, not sure the L320 ever had 24" blades fitted though. Personally I found the Bosch blades noisy and juddering so binned them pretty quickly.

Yep that’s what you need, they won’t come off without a puller. Agree I ditched Bosch too noisy, I’ve ran some cheep DuPont for a couple of years they were good and just replaced them with some Lucas airflex and so far perform well super quiet and look good.
