[Wanted] 100% Diesel

Tree huggers look away!
My current L494 is 12 years old, so getting on a bit. I'm thinking it's time to change to a newer one.
What would be the newest model year I could get, that is 100% Diesel and doesn't have any battery/hybrid stuff?
This could be my penultimate car unless future tax thievery makes it untenable, so it's likely I'll keep it for a good while.
Thanks for feedback. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

Or slightly older and get the last of the SDV8. I think they would be 2017. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks for replies so far.
Was the D300 engine ever installed in the Sport before the current model was introduced?
Im thinking thats my sweet spot in terms of age/price, as I like the L494 shape and the D300 engine appeals. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

Yes it was, but I thought you did not want any of the hybrid stuff?
The D300 is a mild hybrid, hers is an example on Autotrader

Thanks, have been doing a bit of research and it seems you cant get a D300 without the mild hybrid stuff. Shame really but there it is. Probably just going to have to put up with it if I want the newer engine.
Theres a few around sub £40k which is a relief. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014

The mild hybrid is unnoticeable on the D300 just helps with reducing stepping off lag and spooling up the turbo I think

Doesn’t help with fuel consumption either

But is a fine engine perhaps a little punchier than the Sdv6 and maybe a touch more refined

The MHEV is basically just regen braking and then using the battery to help improve acceleration. It uses a combined starter/generator to harvest energy when slowing down and then gives a bit of extra torque to the engine when pulling away again. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
