I would think they have been damaged previously by forcing the bolt when being adjusted, might have to get a small piece of steel plate welded onto the bracket to form the lug instead.

There is no adjustment to the alignment using bolts on upper control arms, the alignment is done using the lower arm. 2009 Range Rover Sport Supercharged |
