Mirror switch is black, lights up orange when press it but no white icons to show where to press. Has anyone had same problem and fixed theirs or is it a trip to the main dealer for a new one?

Exactly the same…it’s rubbish.. no idea what I’m pushing ..whilst trying to deactivate the reverse dipping mirrors so I could actually see where I was going both mirrors folded at the worst possible time whilst trying to reverse back down a narrow lane to allow traffic through!
It’s never worked… rubbish …
