rear offside interior trim panel removal

Probably one for Col - but does anyone have any tips on removing the interior trim panel so that I can access the DAB module ? Conscious that there may be some hidden clips etc and don't want to break any.

Thanks !

I don't think its too difficult.

Just remember to unplug the light when you can get your hand behind it.

Push the rear seat down before you start
Remove any boot mat
Remove the tie down chrome hooks.
Remove the small floor trim near the side. This is where the clips can be broken on refitting

Pretty straightforward really, if you remove the complete panel be careful where the main panel meets the small plastic trim piece at the bottom of the rear door post as they are only fixed together with a few plastic welds which can be broken if yanked a bit hard.

This might help a little, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NWnxT2HYy...sp=sharing
although it does not mention removal of the lashing points and small floor panel as mentioned previously, which does make it a lot easier if removed first.

Cheers
Col
