Quit while you are ahead Wink

Off the top of my head, i think the only thing the RRS and TD5 have in common is the main beam bulbs...

I'm hoping you meant to say "T5" chassis... Wink

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

It’s been quite some time since I started this, at the time I think I meant the (land rover discovery) but as I said I am not a mechanic or involved in cars in anyway, I have only picked up bits of information on discussion with people that seem to know what they are talking about.

Speaking from an engineering prospective, anything like this is possible, and if and when I get the time to do it I’m sure we will get it working, I have reverse engineer far more technical things than a anti roll connected to a computer .

If someone has done it for the car listed in this link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rover-Disco...338992eb40 I’m sure it can be done for the RRS

I'm hoping you meant to say "T5" chassis... Wink

Looking back they may have said the chassis, I still don't know.

Thought I would upload some images, as it may have sounded a bit technical regarding welded tube, but its not

Also regarding the re-sale value I'm sure someone spending tops 1200.00 on a 56 plate RRS, would be glad to know that they will not have to spend another 4-5 thousand ponds at some point for what is a 50p O ring that will no lounger do its job and stop fluid leaking.

WHY DID LAND ROVER MAKE THIS A SEALED UNIT ITS LUDICROUS

This thread was posted years ago but I have come across it changing my ACE RRS to standard anti roll bars.

Process is pretty easy. You do not need to modify anything as per some of this thread. The front non active anti roll bar bolts to the chassis in a different place to the ACE anti roll bar and uses different bushes and clamps. But very straight forward. Front uses the same drop links.

The rear is slightly harder having to raise the body slightly, but not hard by any means. Rear uses different drop links and bushes but bolts in the same place.

I would advise removing the ACE pump, when it runs dry it will almost certainly fail at some point. You just need a different bracket and shorter belt.

RRS ACE conversion kits are available but I got all parts needed second hand in nice condition for about £200.
