Welcome to the forum, do a search on here loads of information seems to be quite a common problem particularly for 2007 year models and maybe later models now as they age. Wink

Old thread yes but for those stumbling across this in the future. I had the classic failing cluster symptoms in my 2007;
- hazard lights flashing (externally but not showing on the cluster)
- head unit "System Fault, Shutting Down"
- climate control panel shutting down
- suspension fault 'vehicle lean'.

Pulled it out, got a local electronics guy to look at it, found a few dud solder joins on the connector but didn't fix my problem. Sourced a used unit from a 2009 with 150,000 less k's than mine. It also had the new part number and what appeared to be a 2016 manufacture date (big win) for $300 and with the help of Patrick at Gap got it installed and working fine since. 2007 L320 RRS TDV8
