They have the SV Bespoke Paint https://www.landrover.co.uk/special-vehicl...paint.html so presumably they'll do you a colour. But I bet they'll bend you over with the price! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

My L405 SV Autobiography LWB was painted Aston Martin China Grey by them when ordered new. It goes from the SV division to the ETO (Engineered To Order) division. The original owner turned up in his AM and they scanned it and said that'll be + £20K thank you very much. |

I think I saw a photo of yours, either on this site or another which made me wonder. It looks fantastic. £20K is definitely a lot and maybe I'd be ok with half that. But then you reach a point where it doesn't make a lot of difference in the big picture. Anyway will find out for sure at some point. I emailed two dealerships close to me with this question and neither one even replied. Which is just surprising, to ignore a potential customer with that amount to spend on a vehicle. The ones they have in stock aren't selling at all and you'd think they'd at least try pushing one of those at least. I took the lack of response as a "no".

You're probably right but a good wrap gets up there in cost. And you have to go with matte/satin finish and I think I prefer gloss paint I can apply some liquid crystal to. But thanks, that's a good idea. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey |

lol no thank you to the bend over.... I remember looking at that page when I ordered the SVR and obsessing over the colour choice. So happy with the choice and it gets so many compliments and have never seen another locally with the same paint. Off topic, I really hate how they chose to market and sell this trim with the exclusivity and significantly larger price premium over the SVR. Limited options and configurations. I get what they're trying to do and of course it's a matter of "don't buy if you don't like it". But I keep looking at the competition and don't like any of it. And have had such an amazing experience with the SVR. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey |

Probably over on the Full Fat site (where I go by the username 4RRS), more than likely documenting my SDV8 engine rebuild after big end failure or any of the other ailments the cars suffered, I have to say my 280k miles L494 has been a peach in comparison to my 405! |

@2RRS Oh no... so sorry to hear you've had problems like that with the SDV8. It seems like there is some luck involved with Land Rovers. I've had them for 14 years now with no issues. Current SVR is 6 years old and the only thing that was bad was the hood peeling and yellowing over the exposed carbon which happened to most of them from 2018. But mechanically not a single issue. I'm always defending them and then you see real examples of owner nightmare experiences and it reminds you why so many people bring up the reliability factor. Anyway I hope they've sorted it all out for you. 2018 Range Rover Sport SVR – Bosphorus Grey |

Yes, I've been taking it on the chin since 2007, but wouldn't drive anything else. On the whole I'm more than happy reliability wise with the JLR brand. With the miles I've covered in JLR vehicles I would suggest any other luxury brand would have similar problems/expenses. |

I'm with you. I've only had two Sports and briefly a Velar. But with the Sport I just love how it drives, the steering feel, braking, shifting etc. And it has a layer of sensible design throughout the whole thing. To me, very special and I don't get it from other cars I've owned or rented. Hard to explain but sum of the parts I guess.
