Body lifting points

I am in the process of trying to replace my rear ACE bar. I'm just following the workshop-manual on how to do so. I am ready to lift the body just high enough to get the bar out.

Only isuse: I'm not sure where on the body I can place a hydraulic jack to lift the body up (a little bit). The workshop manual does not seem to mention that.

What are the proper lifting points for the body so I don't damage anything?
If someone has good pictures of it: yes please!

Section 520 of the workshop manual. These are the lift points when lifting whole body from the chassis (for L320).
