P400e out of warranty - will it bankrupt me?

So I'm really keen on getting a RRS but as I'm based in Ireland our ridiculous taxations means that the only viable option is the p400e. This would cost 50 to 60k euro for a 2021 vs 75/80k for a diesel. It would only do 6 to 8k miles per year, not worried about general servicing etc but I am afraid of the horror stories. I've had diesel Audis & BMWs mostly and never had any major problems, even if I did, knowledge and cost of repairs generally OK. My concern is reading on forums like this about cars sent back to dealerships for weeks, charging issues, control module replacements, brake issues etc.

I know online is where all the problems are but it seems quiet bad or is it really out of proportion? Anyone running these p400e's at 5/6 years old trouble free? The other problem is there is no option to buy a LR warranty here like the UK and 3rd party warranties don't have a good rep here. Should I steer clear and stick with x5 45e or q7?

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

Seen a few VVT pulleys bring up the EML of late

Some of the hybrid specific parts are costly (rear shocks are £1300 each Shocked )

So far, the battery + hybrid system seem to be fairly reliable

Thanks, doesn't sound as bad as what I've read then. If I could get some warranty to cover failure of some the main hybrid parts I'd definitely go ahead with it.

1300 a shock though Shocked Would hope to see 100k out of them though surely Confused
