Try and see what WBAC are now offering, when i offloaded my FF a few month ago, I had a few quotes and held out a bit on each one, they did go up a little.

Yes what I got was less than quote, but I did have a major transmission fault and Christmas trees on dash. Iggy/Ieuan

I also think the colour is legendary and the 5.0 SC makes me dribble in a good way. Ken, I’m not picking a fight online or otherwise (honest!) but you come across as a bit stressed about the sale and it makes me think there’s a higher chance that the car hasn’t been looked after. Misperceptions etc. I should share that Disco Mikey’s a legend in the RRS community and so his opinion and experience matters and your advertising in his/our forum. A bit of humble pie might set would-be buyers on this particular selling place’s mind at rest I have no doubt and then you’d get your price or similar? Your bumps suggest you’re looking to get fair value from your asset and I don’t blame you for that.

I sold my 2010 RRS on this forum back in 2019 and it was a great experience, because I agree it’s always a pleasure to pass a car on to a fellow enthusiast when the time comes to upgrade. You know nothing about what we spoke about, so keep out of the discussion. Just because someone has lots of posts doesn't mean that they have integrity, a deal was agreed, but your mate didn't follow through on that agreement, despite the fact that I went to the length of sorting out delivery to Dundee as he requested with in the price agreed!

He then stopped answering any PM'S, and totally blanked me until I lambasted him.

I’ve kept quiet on my experience with Disco D because of his Trump like status amongst his devout followers.

He agreed to purchase an AF oil pump kit I didn’t use as it turned out it had already been done, had no reply to PM’s or posts then eventually a post to say he’d been “on holiday” okay no problem shall we proceed? Silence! no reply to messages so gave up.


P.S never read a useful post from the man and trust me I’ve read plenty on here and Disco3.
