Looking to go for a new dynamic SE D300, what discounts are out there? I’m currently looking at stock cars in borasco grey, black roof, black interior, black 23” wheels, those in the know, what is realistic? Best I can see from a bit of digging is currently around 9%

Any advice/feedback appreciated.

Depends where you are looking and local stock levels.

Just trying to gauge what others have achieved, been at 4 dealers this week on my work travels and they all have at least 6 new stock RRS and at least 6 stock FF, one senior sales guy told me I’d easily get £8k discount due to build times now back to near normal 3-6 months max for factory orders and the insurance postcode lottery.

My car was built and delivered four months early so I took out £10k of Land Rover finance and cleared it after four months (I.e. on the original delivery date).

Cost me about £350 in interest…..but I got £5k “deposit contribution” off the car for taking the finance!

Worth looking at!

Yes part of the discounts being offered seems to be a £5k FDA, as I said best I can see just now is around 9% in total without starting to play hard ball with them! 😂

Worryingly on a side note I picked a similar spec to my wants on a 73plate, retailing around £76k at a LR dealer, low mileage and Arnold Clark offer was only £55k! The pcp on the new one has the final payment on my spec at £49k at 4 years old! If I do get one I’d be planning on keeping it until the end of the PCP but it seems like the used market is against them as that’s a £30k drop in around 6 months!

I managed to get 10k off a stock car that was nigh on exactly the same spec as the one I had on order for a year.

I managed the same, 10% off a stock car which was 95% to my spec, only missing bits were spare wheel, secure tracker and 230v socket outlet, all off which I can sort out after I get it or do without. Some good deals to be had just now!

Mine was a shade under £120k list, got £8k off, plus the £4k deployable side steps negotiated into the deal. 2024 RRS L461 P460e AB

Insurance wise I had a rebate from the NFU when I changed from my L494 to L461  MY24 Dynamic SE,MY21 HSE Silver, MY20 SQ7, MY 18 RRS HSE Dynamic , MY 16 RRS Autobiography now gone & MY 2005 Discovery 3 HSE that I will be buried in !

The LR insurance deal has worked great for me, £28 a month, our old TT costs us more to insure!
