yes. There are plenty of disco3 owners doing this mod on that age car.

My settings that I can currently see. (can't access untested ones at the moment which is where the rear is I expect)

rain sensors Fitted
speed dependent front wipers Yes
speed dependent intermittent windshield wipers Yes

Stalks arrived today and simple to fit. 2 x small Torx screws in the underside of the cowling and then just pull the top cowl off and the bottom one will drop down. Each stalk is held in by 2 x small Philips head screws. Once undone, pull the main block of each stalk off the mounting bracket.The main wash/wipe stalk is a little fiddly to get out, but do-able. Then each stalk has a connector which will need unclipping.

Fitting is the opposite of removal and they look very smart in there now.
