2013 RRS L320 boot catch help!

Hi all,

My boot wouldn't shut this week and when I press the button it makes some loud clicks and there was some white plastic that had broken off.

I've got it out today but it's a Czech part and doesn't have a LR number I've had a look and it looks identical to the LR049494 can anyone confirm.

I've attached some pics

Mine did the same a few months back and it was the motor not the latch that was the problem and replaced. 2018 Telsa MS

Thanks for the reply that's interesting but my sound is definitely coming from the latch and not the motor and as per the picture there is a small piece of the plastic from the latch that has broken.

So for anyone who has an issue involving a late L320 solid boot the catch is a LR030192 or LR049494.

All fitted today I went for a Land Rover part @ £100 you can get them for half that but I don't want to take the plastic cover off again to replace.

The boot works as it should and the rapid fire noise has gone.
