Since delivery in April, my D300 didn’t have the data pack connected, so no WiFi Ho5spot or Amazon Alexa. The dealer wasn’t especially helpful kept saying I’d have to bring it in, which wasn’t convenient. I had a customer satisfaction survey call from JLR and complained about this. Within a week a tech guy had come back to me and managed to enable the over the air updates and Lo and behold we now have Alexa etc. So they can do it when they want to!
