I have recently purchased a 2017 RRS (diesel) with known issues. One of the issues is a center display which does not work (picture shows the image). The display touch does appear to work as the “image” lines do change. There is also a change in the lines for the backup camera.

Does this look like just a new display is needed or is this something a bit more drastic, in your opinion?

Replace the screen , can you hear any audio through it at all like is there a radio station that's on, obviously I know you cant see the screen lol.

Music (FM stations and Sirius) come through if I use the steering wheel to adjust mode. I have a new screen on the way (thank you eBay) so we'll see what happens.

Took an eBay purchase of another screen and all is right in the world.

Taking off the dash was easy. Putting it back on was less so. I hope I do not have to do that again.
