2012 Drivers side door mirror

Good afternoon All members,
Drivers door mirror has been a bit noisy when unlocking and locking car lately but today it didn't open out when car was unlocked,switched engine off and back on again and now all ok since,Is there some lubrication or maintenance I can do?2012 sport3.0 Autobiography 62,000 miles.

Eh up Garfield

I posted a similar issue on here, if you search.

From memory I did two things, pushed the wing mirror all the way back so it pointed towards the front wing then back in until you hear a click, I think you repeat this a few times.

I also sprayed silicone spray underneath the mirror where the drive motor is situated which also stopped my mirrors juddering when opening and closing

Just search my threads I’m sure you’ll find the one it also has an attachment with the official dealer mirror re set procedure

May not re relevant but old service bulletin on the subject something about a washer, LTB00676NAS2 this is the NAS version but still the same.
