hi guys and girls would anyone know if a bolt on tow bar off a 2003 range rover vouge would fit my 2006 4.2 l320 sport I know the sport is a Discovery 3 chassis just wondering if the 2003 vouge model is same chassis base ?

The L322 Range Rover is a monocoque chassis where the L320 Sport and L319 Disco are ladder chassis with a body mounted to it. So no, it's doubtful that a tow bar designed for the RR will fit the RRS.

I assume you've found a tow bar and hope to use it as a cheaper alternative to designed-for-RRS options? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

yeah I've seen a l322 stood up in a yard for while was going to ask if they would sell the tow bar off it

I can see why that would be attractive.

thanks for that now I can see the difference the way it bolts to the chassis is totally different
plus the tow hitch on the RRS looks like it fits in to the where the detachable tow bar fit
