It was given to me with 8 miles of fuel left on the clock and I drove to nearest garage and filled tank with premium diesel. I was unable to restart the car and got recovered back to the dealer in Truro 3 hours after i had picked it up. 1 month later, and despite their award winning technical team working on it with what was clearly a part chasing exercise, they couldn't fix the problem, and if formally rejected the car.
I'm still waiting for my full refund, this dealer is untrustworthy and if any if you are looking to buy the V8, I recommend not buying this one and especially don't deal with the shower that is Vertu Truro

Give them 14 days notice of intention to start court action....very cheap ..all done on the phone .when the papers arrive it scares the out of them and ffff uks there bank credit Always listen to old people or when they die you will live on in ignorance.

That's a shame, it really does look nice.
I'm assuming it's a Land Rover approved RR? If it is, there is a satisfaction garantee section on the Land Rover site, maybe escalate it to the Approved scheme?
I recently rejected an Approved Evoque, and once we had come to the conclusion that they were going to buy it back, I had the funds in my bank within a week. If they won't accept your rejection I guess that may make the procedd morevprotracted.
