Effect of an over inflated tyre?

I have put about 500miles on a 'new to me' MY21 RRS and I love it!

The car has been pulling left since I picked it up 10 days ago. Today I decided to check the tyre pressures. The front left was bang on 35psi but the front right was 57psi! A pump confirmed it was indeed pumped up to 57psi by an approved dealer. I have let the air out and pumped it back up to 35psi to match the other side.

What could the consequences be of driving 500miles with more than 20psi difference in front tyre pressure? Damage to the front 4x4 system? Uneven tyre wear?

TIA, Jacks

I don’t think it’s a big deal.

Doesn’t the TPMS warn you ?

No, the TPMS only warns of a low tyre pressure from what I can see

Shouldn't be an issue for the hardware of the vehicle - if it was causing a noticeable difference in rotational speed across the axle the TC would have been activating.

Sounds like typical LR dealership handiwork, however. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
