2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

HELPPPPPP PLEASE

I’ve added a picture to show the wires and part that’s been chewed I feel! Can anyone help tell me what it is please and the best solution please! The car won’t start but the electrics turn on when keys in….sat nav screen etc comes on which is something at least! Thank you.

Solder and heat shrink sleeve them together.

I think that’s the engine loom.
