Can anyone help me. Will pay

Good morning my name is Joe and I'm disabled with a spinal cord injury and now been diagnosed with thoat cancer. I'm having treatment's and appointments. We need the car to get to appointments and treatment's. A few weeks ago the hand brake stuck on and will not go off. A person told me to get the parts and thay would fit them. He never came. So we have parts and no car to use.
I would like to know if anyone could help me with fitting and we would pay for your time. Thankyou very much for all of your time today.
The car is a 2006 L320 range rover sport HSE V6 diesel engine.

Do you have home recovery with AA/RAC ? If do they may be able to recover you to a local Land River specialist who can fit the parts.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Hi Joe,

Sorry to hear of your issues.

If you can check this website https://bookmygarage.com/?gad_source=1&...f4QAvD_BwE

They have mechanics who can come to you or can come collect the vehicle. Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Bali Blue

I was under the assumption that most if not all garages will not fit parts supplied by the customer,,, they only fit parts that they supply,,, all to do with warranty issues. If you want your own parts fitted you would need to know someone who is handy with a set of spanners. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
Many years ago,,,,, 1955 series 1 landie , sometimes wish I had kept it

Both my Indy’s are happy to fit supplied parts and just note on the invoice “customer supplied part”

Is there not an emergency release cable in the centre con sole to release the hand brake ? Always listen to old people or when they die you will live on in ignorance.
