Hi
I have a new L461 P440e which is great. However, the top panel around the gear selector, start button, etc is that gloss black finish, which looks great after a clean...for about 2 minutes. I know it will get scratched and end up looking hideous, as well as covered in fingermarks - don't even talk about the Pivi Pro screen.
anyway, it occured to me that I could perhaps wrap it in a vinyl - carbon fibre? - to protect/enhance the look, but I need to remove it first.
Does anyone know how this thing is removed? or have a copy of the WSM process for this part?

Don’t think you would need to remove to wrap it..

Did you ever find out how to remove it? I'm considering having mine Hydro-dipped.

I have seen these before when mooching around - that's where I ended up looking at the carbon fibre effect film, it's just that to get it neatly into the cut-outs for the mode button, park selector and start button and around the gear shift, the panel really needs to come off IMHO. L494 Range Rover Sport Dynamic HSE - 2019, 3.0 SDV6, Loire Blue - SOLD
