Do i have to add anything to the fuel? i read about a warning light that car wont start after xxxx miles and owners adding AdBlue or some other substance to the diesel fuel. What am i missing and what is it if anything i should add to the fuel and how?

No, you do not add anything to the diesel.

If your vehicle needs AdBlue, then there will be an AdBlue filler next to the fuel filler.

Your post is not very clear - is your vehicle experiencing issues? If so, please describe in detail, and also post any error messages or codes if you've read them? --

Thank you very much for your reply, i am not having any issues with my vehicle, i was reading a few post where owners were saying they add DEF to their diesel fluid and i did not understand if it was mandatory.
Thanks

Look at the guidance in the model year iGuide for your vehicle - that will tell you what you need to do. 2021 P400e Autobiography

Maybe best to read the owners manual, lots of tips and advice in there on what you need to do and how you do it…

My car takes adblue and the fill up point is under the bonnet. I don’t think L494s used the adblue until MY16 cars. My car is a 15 plate but MY16

Mine is a 2015 made, as far as I know this was the last year before AdBlue became obligatory.
I cherish the car, try to keep it in good driving condition - and stay out of the AdBlue misery area as long as possible.
