So I just fitted in the new sensor. But it did not solve the problem ...

Last night I read about a inertia switch, which activates in case of a crash, but in my understanding, this switch shuts off the fuel pump. So it would not cause my problem.

Is this switch build into the RRS 2007?

Next I want to measure the real fuel rail pressure with a gauge. I will order one and keep you updated.

Thanks

I found this in the manual and checked all the cables again. Now I spray it with contact spray again. It looks like the ECM doesn't get the right measurements.

Does anyone know a tool, that can read the fuel rail pressure?

Ok here is a little update.

I checked the wiring diagram. Both valves from the HPFP get 12 v from a fuse. This looks good in my car.

And the second cable on both valves go to the ECM.

I think someone confused them. They are both black and a blue strip and are almost side by side. So here is a picture of the wiring diagram and from the plug from the ECU

Does anyone know how to pull the cables from the plug without braking anything?

Thank you guys, maybe it's the answer

Ok, I switched the wires.
Engines runs fine, as long I hold it over 2000 rpm. If I let the throttle go, the engines dies.

Nanocom says fuel pressure to high

Is it possible to change both valves on a HPFP?

So here is an update on the car.

I checked the wires again, and saw that I did a mistake.

The fuel rail pressure valve is on top of the HPFP in my car. In the drawing in the manual it's a different one.

So I switched the wires, but this was not right.

So I switched them back and then I did the reset of the inertia switch.

For this you put the key in for 1 minute in position 0

And then you turn it in position 2 for 30 seconds.

And now the car runs perfectly fine.

The volume control valve turns of the fuel supply inside of the HPFP.
That's why it was not running.

Anyway, car runs now. I will give you guys updates, if something happens
