Definitely two plug's, I can remember removing them both on my previous 09 plate TDV8 when doing a oil change. Good reason to be skeptical of a lot of the crap from the "Experts" posted online

Update:
Today I got a new fault code, telling me that I have a fuel injector leak in Cylinder 4, P02A9-00.
Which from reading the information could be the source of (some of) the issues.
Just trying to work out how big a job it would be for me to do myself. 2010 HSE TdV8 in Stornoway Grey.
