Stormer Handling Pack

Hello

Does anybody have this? I ticked this box on my D350 but wondering if it's actually worth it or whether I should remove. I've had four wheel steer before and this was the most exciting part for me.

Is the suspension stuff noticeable vs the base suspension setup?

Thanks

It also adds the active rear diff as well which will help on road by improving traction and dynamic response and likewise off road (although I doubt many, if any, will ever go there).

Whether it's worth it, only you can say. Me? I'd have a lower spec version and add the Stormer Handling Pack with the money saved in order to get 4WS and the active rear diff. But that's me. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I have it on mine, as its standard on the P510e and compared to my previous L494 it has a much tighter turning circle and when trying to park or reversing you can manoeuvre the car much easier. Not sure if you notice the other bits of the pack in daily driving though.
I would have it again. 2022 P510e RRS AB Frenze Red

When it comes to trade-in time the extras count for virtually nothing in value. If that concerns you delete the option, if not go ahead. Tim
RRS sold and replaced with a Skoda Kodiaq after appalling RR Dealer experience and LR inability to supply new cars in any sort of reasonable time frame..

Thanks for your replies. I’m not bothered about trade in - it’s more whether it’s worth the additional £5k up front.

If you're trading it in with a dealer, then yes. If you sell it privately, then worthwhile options will attract a premium, albeit a fraction of the original option price.

But then anyone who specs a car based on what the next owner might like is an idiot IMHO. You're buying the car, buy what you want and accept any small financial loss as just part of the price of having your ideal car. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
