I would suspect that it would suffer heavy depreciation? 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

RR finance final payment is £43,351.00 so retains about 55% of purchase price plus £3k finance contribution. No hi-lo gearbox, although depending upon what you see as essential equipment it might not be bad value. Diesel only means that if you do short journeys there could be trouble. Tim

Depends what you want - if you're happy to have a relatively low spec RRS and save over £8k then it's worth considering. If you're spec'ing a car so that the person that buys it from you is happy with it, then it's not worth considering. Whether it will cost you money at resale time, well, probably not in reality. They all depreciate and the base model is still a nice place to be so there will be people out there that want and RRS but without the top end price tag. I'd be tempted by an S and use the £8k saved over the SE to put the handling pack on it, full size spare, hi-lo box and the tow bar. And have everything I need for the price of the SE which would still have to be optioned to add those things. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |
