I think it is @yorkshirep, but as I suspect like me you have not yet had the ORA software update that enables it. Mine is a MY24 (no buttons) built Sept 23 but still no update and no Apple Maps.

Easiest way to check is if you still have profiles then it is not updated. If you have ‘accounts’ it should work.

I posted pics on page 1, it says accounts on the main screen, I presume this is what you mean… either way it still won’t switch. I also put Apple mans going and it didn’t switch when driving either. I’m just going to give up lol

If you’re on “Accounts”, you’re on Pivi V4 which has the Apple functionality.

Here’s the release notes which covers 23 & 24 MY L461’s so lack of heater knobs has nothing to do with it!

I’m convinced you’re missing setting up something on either the car or the phone.

I never use apple car play - I just set it up to look at your problem but there’s quite a bit to set up!
