My 2015 AB also goes into sleep mode after around 4 days to save battery power apparently. Bit of a pain as you can’t use the remote heating function when the car is asleep. I only found out a few weeks ago about the wake up timer a few weeks ago (after 7 years of ownership) and have been using that with no problems. The only issue with this is that you can only set the wake up timer up to 48 hours after the last start of the engine so if you forget to set it after 2 days of use then you can’t. Ridiculous I know. It doesn’t make a difference if the car is in charge either it still goes into sleep mode when on charge too which again doesn’t make any sense at all about saving battery power. To me it should go into sleep mode when the car detects low power in the battery. |
