Hi Guys. I was wondering if any of you have this issue. After it's been raining. or I have just washed the car, Why do I get about a pint of water coming out of the actual latch on the boot lid itself. when I open it. And it goes right down my neck. Surely I can't be the only owner with that problem?

I think you will find that the seals have gone on the clips that hold the black trim on below the glass.
It’s the trim that is above the number plate and contains the boot switch and rear view camera.

Be gentle and it will pop off, powerful have a video i think.

Then seal around the neoprene gaskets and refit.

Cured mine.
