Common issue , grind them off and nut and bolt does the job |

Socket onto the underside of the captive. Tighten them back up, to reseat them, then undo again and apply anti seize compound |

Not sure there is a nut as such. Seem to be round and pressed into the strut tower with nothing on the other side. |

You can get a socket onto it |
