Car configuration without access height

Hello,

I don´t have in the car configuration menu in the dash the option access height.

The menu is missing. I can lower the car with the ride height button in the center console, but I would like to have it automatically done by the car when I stop and open the door.

Do I need to adjust something in the ccf? If yes, what exactly?

Thank you for your hints and tipps.

Best regards,
Jan

Edit: Is it true the feature was introduced with MY2016? Earlier MY don´t have it?

My car is 2015 but MY16 and has auto access mode. I think the MY16 year has a few changes like auto access lowering mode , tailgate opening with a wiggley foot, seat heating from the heating dials. There may be more but I can only remember these

Mine was built in february 2015, so it doesn´t have all the features you mentioned.

I already retrofitted the dials for the heated/cooled seat, so hopefully it´s also possible to retrofit this feature.

All sensors are already in the car, I can select this mode by myself via the button in the center console. What else it needed to have the option?

Or which module needs to be exchanged or coded?

Its not possible to retrofit this option. I checked with Patrick at Gap IID.

Do you have more details why not? Is it too complicated or to expensive?

Maybe it´s just the air suspension modul which needs to be exchanged?

Much more. You'd have to allow the compressor to run in an "engine off" position, so energy management needs to change for starters. Different batteries. Change in electrical cabling, switches and relays. Regards etc.,
