entering with the metal key

Upto now, i have no issues with getting into/driving my car, but i was watching a video the other day about how to enter with the metal key if your battery died for example.
The video showed inserting the key under the passenger side door handle, i checked my car and none of the handles have the hole shown, am i missing something? (other than the hole) 2005 2.7

The door handles have been colour coded (a 2005 would have grey handles, see launch photo from 2004 from Land Rover themselves) so perhaps someone has put the colour coding covers over the standard ones and you need to remove two covers to get to the hole.

 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

If you look carefully at the left front door handle you will see that the small (stationary) part has a key symbol on it. You need to remove this cover to expose the keyhole.

The hole underneath removes the plastic cover.

The lock barrel is then behind that as shown
