Fumes in cabin

I get fumes in the cabin when stationary. Just spent£1000 getting everything serviced including forced DPF regen etc etc but still no improvement. Don’t know where to go next

There was oil on the back of the engine which I had cleaned off. Need to monitor now to see if any more appears
