looking for some help with rear brake pads / discs for a 5.0 2011 SC RRS as the pads I ordered don’t seem compatible with my discs (pads are way too big) confirmed with 2 separate suppliers that the pads are correct for the car - Brembo Front, TRW rears

the current discs measure 350mm – confirmed as they are part number SDB000646 (stamped on the disc)
the pads I have are brembo P 44 025 – compatible with part number LR025739 – which I believe are correct.

What I think has happened in its past is the wrong discs have been fitted (350mm) and not the 365mm, but when you compare the current and new pads, they are totally different, the current pads just clear about 90% of the disc.

Very confused - can anybody shed some light on this?

Current discs are wrong. Too small

Correct part number is LR016192. Supplied pads are also correct for 5.0 SC

Looking at the state of that disc, I'm surprised you haven't ordered new discs too. At least then you get the correct disc and pad working together. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I can't see anything wrong with it from here
