I have a quick question that I am hoping someone could answer. Does the 2018 RRS come with a first aid kit? If so where would this be?

LR will sell you a first aid kit at several times the retail price of the same sort of kit available at places like Halfords. Similarly, the fire extinguisher. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

I put an Audi one in the boot!

25 quid if you must have one with Land Rover on it.
