hi can anyone help identify these connectors in the picture? they are under the drivers seat (RHD) the seats are non memory, there is nothing under the seat with empty sockets and everything works apart from the front heated seats and wing mirror adjustment (fold back works fine)

I would have thought you should have memory seats.

I thought the grey one should plug into the memory module and then mirrors will adjust

this is what i thought but the seats dont have the memory buttons on the side and also there is no power connector there for a memory module

no seats have never been replaced

I am pretty sure the memory seats (and mirrors) were factory items on Supercharged variants, the only memory option was electric steering column adjustment.
Unless you own this car from new, you may only be sure you didn't change the seats.
However, if it is an extremely early example, it may have been just put together wrong. Now this is extremely rare, but such spec mixups have happened. Regards etc.,
