Has anybody got a soloution to the rubish reversing lights on my MY21. I find that even the brake lights give more light than the reversing lights, especially as they light up the sides where you need to see to reverse on country lanes.
Don't want to spoil the looks of the car by having a light bar on the back so was thinking brighter bulbs if available or hidden extra lights that aren't noticable when not in use MY24 Dynamic SE,MY21 HSE Silver, MY20 SQ7, MY 18 RRS HSE Dynamic , MY 16 RRS Autobiography now gone & MY 2005 Discovery 3 HSE that I will be buried in !

I purchased the reversing lights from Powerful, but my car is the L320. Its the second best modification (of the 3 I've done) that I've done to the car. They make night into day. So have a check to see if they do L494's........ 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.

I’m fairly confident there is nothing but LEDs in there, so you’re not changing any bulbs.

Also, while LEDs are bright to look at, they’re fairly poor at projecting light without a good lens.

I changed my 2011’s incandescent reverse and fog light bulbs to LED bulbs. They are very bright to look at, but they don’t illuminate the road much.

Last tidbit, reverse lights are primarily for letting others know you’re reversing. A 21w bulb is not going to have much effect in the dark. 2011 RRS HSE Luxury 3.0 TDV6 Fuji White on Ebony/Ivory
