Just thinking about options to replace these lines as one of mine has sprung a leak. Can’t afford the option of having them replaced properly with factory lines and the labour of a body/chassis split.
One option I’m considering is replacing them with flexible lines made bespoke by a hydraulic line manufacturer like Pirtek. From what I understand of the system it must be possible with a bit of improvisation to route flexible lines to the hydraulic block and onto the anti-roll bars? Anyone looked into this or any insight gratefully received?

I’m sure it’s possible. Fittings to valve block and roll bars may be the sticking point.

Thanks for the reply. That’s a good point. Do you know if it’s possible to access and remove the existing pipes going onto both the front and rear roll bar assemblies with the body still on? If not that’s an immediate big problem?

Lifting the body slightly makes the job so much easier and is really not as difficult as it sounds, you just need a solid surface, 4 axle stands and 2 decent jacks.
