Steps to take when selling RRS

I'm selling my 2023 RRS and it feels like selling an iPhone - what steps do I need to take to delete everything from the car and return it back to factory settings ?

There is also the app as well which is connected - do I just logout of the app ? Regards

DJ

Before you delete, remove the vehicle from your account. And as said above, go to general in Pivi settings and restore to factory which will delete all personal data. Did mine today just before selling.

Thanks both. Noticed prices seem to be in freefall and a few dealers not willing to purchase at any price.

I had offers for my D300 23 reg RRS from £82k to £68k Regards

Wonder if it depends where you are in the country. I had lots of offers on my 18 month old Velar and got a great price from dealer in then after trying online sites.

I think its just in relation to RRS as the market is now becoming saturated, demand is slowing and availability is good. Just looking on Autotrader there are a few brand new RRS with up to £4k discount at dealers.

I think Velar prices have risen as I was looking at a Velar and I do like it having owned one for 20k miles.

If you want luxury boot mat or luxury car mat for a Velar I have some Whistle Regards

Personally I think it is purely down to becoming almost uninsurable for some.. I know of several people who placed an order and near collection just couldn’t justify the enormous insurance uplift in the last 3-4 months.
My SVR increased overnight 280% with the same insurer, my wife’s 2015 Evoque increased 64% overnight and even my daughters 2013 FL2 increased 56%..
My loyalty to JLR is being severely tested and am reviewing our next move towards other OEM’s….

I remember Farmer Chalk from the good old Disco3 days Thumbs Up

I have a P460 on order and I'm looking at £2k p.a. insurance but doubt I'll ever get the car now things have changed. Regards

One and the same… Laughing
Still got the old G4 though, great old car but even that maybe on the chopping board sometime.. struggling to justify its highest VEL tax rate, this will depend on its insurance renewal at the end of the year…
Mortgage has caused some reviews for justification to maintain the fleet..

Heyho…
