I did a quick run to Gatwick (155 miles) and checked the figures when I refueled....averaged 15.6mpg. Not as good as I thought it was going to be! L319 D4 HSE

Just used my 1st tankful since getting home and 75ltrs lasted 496 miles of everyday motoring. I'm taking off for a weekend in the New Forest this afternoon so it will be interesting to see if the last software upgrade has improved the tuning enough to crack the 34mpg on 500 mile motorway run south. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

You need to make sure you have a" full " tank - ie when you say "fill up" are you sure its filled up to exactly the same point in the tank each time ... ?? I can get petrol pumps to click off several times when filling mine up " WITH MORE EXTRAS THAN A HOLLYWOOD EPIC " |

I hope mine under-reads - averaging 12.7 at the moment. Got it down to below 6 when hauling up the M1 the other day.
