It's common on the drivers side because the seat is moved a lot especially with comfort entry enabled (where the seat moves back when you open the door and the forward when you are sitting).
The problem is due to a slight design fault where the airbag loom under the seat is too short so after a while of the seat moving, the connectors work loose.
However, not sure if it would be the same cause on the passenger side, assuming the seat doesn't get moved as much?
A quick fix for me that worked (on the drivers side) was to move the seat all the way forwards, climb in the back and reach under the seat and pull the connectors apart and then firmly push them back.
Once I figured this out, the light never came on again.

Certainly worth a try. 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue
2005 4.2L Supercharged Java Black - gone but was my first love.

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged HSE Santorini Black

Remove the plastic seat cover

Cut away the foam that pushes onto the airbag connector
Or
Replace the connector and wiring with the modified parts

Thumbs Up
