So this week had 2 warranty claims authorized and work completed . One was for diff gasket replacement as it was weeping and 1 was for another soft close door mechanism on the front passenger door. Total cost to me £300 (2 execces) and total cost to warranty direct £900. I can’t fault Warranty direct at all. They have authorized and paid out 5 out of 5 claims and the total cost of them are £6K ish and I am on my 3rd year with them costing around £1k a year.
