Basically same principle for the A/B bumpers, can be done with one person without to much trouble.

The main pain on mine was the mud flap things. The screws were rusted. Needed the wheels removing to get the bolts out. (easier to do that to start with if there is no hint of the screws turning). |

Buy yourself a pack of the push in clips spare, they are the same ones that hold the wheel arch liners in place and a few other bit's, reckon same style clips must have been use on every Land Rover ever built.
