When my 2007 rrs 2.7tdv6 is started the headlights come on, even when switch is in off position, how to I fix this

Probably need to check daytime running lights option's in the CCF files first, to see if either the Scandinavian setting has been activated previously, the Canadian option doesn't do anything until you engage drive or release park brake then it switches them on if I remember right. Or has it only just started doing it?
